📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees vary based on your delivery location:

If you offer Cash on Delivery (COD), mention below:

Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • Email

You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.


5. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Repants is not responsible for failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing information

  • Unreachable contact number

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Repants, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, we offer easy exchanges under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

We accept returns only for exchange, not refunds, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The product is in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • You request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

No return/exchange on:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Accessories (if any)

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer (exchange may be possible depending on stock)


2. Faulty or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video of the item

  • Packaging proof

We will arrange a free exchange for faulty or incorrect items.


3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram.

  2. Provide order details and issue.

  3. Our team will review and approve the exchange.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a courier of your choice.

  5. Once received, we ship your replacement within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of a wrong or damaged product.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments

  • Socks

  • Customized items (if any)

  • Final sale items


5. Color & Size Disclaimer

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Size measurements may differ by 1–2 cm depending on fabric and stitching.
